We grow some of the finest oysters to be found anywhere, ensuring they are in constant contact with the clean ocean bottom. Each oyster is handled multiple times during development, leading to plump meats, robust shells, and a wonderful color. For those catering events, we offer environmentally friendly servingware and compostable plates that pair perfectly with our oyster catering supplies.
